This is an exciting time to join the Brand and Marketing team working closely with colleagues across Scope to deliver best in class creative work that is co-produced with disabled people.
This is a new role and we are looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to shape and build relationships and new ways of working across teams.
You will play a pivotal role working between our MarComms teams and teams across Scope, managing workflow across all projects, scheduling resource and ensuring we have the right skillsets to create compelling and effective campaigns.
You will inspire and motivate teams to deliver work that will take our brand to the next level to reach and deliver meaningful change and equality for disabled people.

Full job description
You will be the key link between our MarComms teams and teams across Scope that require Brand and Marketing expertise.
Ensuring all projects have the right resource and skillset to be delivered on time, to budget and on brief.
Reviewing and interrogating briefs to ensure they align with our corporate objectives, supporting teams to refine and develop briefs where needed.
Play an active role in the MarComms process, identifying and sharing opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Be an accessibility champion – ensuring everything we do is inclusive and accessible to all of our audiences.
You will thrive working in a creative team and have solid experience of managing resource for a creative studio, either in-house or at an agency. A passion for delivering audience-driven, creative work that has disabled people at the heart.
You will be able to demonstrate solid knowledge of the creative process from start to finish and managing relationships with in-house and external creative teams.
You will have exceptional planning and organisation skills and be adept at managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
You will have proven experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients and delivering best in class client service.
You will have the passion to work with a talented team to drive change and deliver sector-leading work.
