Realising our vision relies on raising funds from all kinds of supporters. Our Partnerships Team is here to secure high-value income that delivers transformative impact and this role focuses on grant giving from local and central government as well as Trusts and Foundations, a vitally important but relatively undeveloped area for Scope. That’s about to change as we have grown the team through investment in new roles the couple with existing people with passion and energy that together will be sector leading in both approach and impact.
A self-starter with a creative approach, our new Government Funding and Trusts Lead will be responsible for their own portfolio of funders but also driving their team of 3 to build new relationships and cultivate existing partners. We don’t think this is just about writing high scoring bids but working with and understanding funders and co-creating to deliver impactful programmes that change lives.
The post-holder will work with the Head of Partnerships Income and the wider organisation to develop and implement an ambitious strategy for grant funders that takes our work to a whole new level.
